This was perfect!

Nice and comforty, and the little flashbacks into Stanford-era Sam and Dean and the ways in which they missed each other were such an awesome, heartbreaking touch. Great fill! ;D

This is a very nice piece, exactly satisfying in all the ways a medical h/c should be. Especially like the turnaround from humor to drama in a split second--pretty much how it would be in real life. Very lovely!

That was very well done!

The snippets of Sam's life interspersed with the events--and later the terror--of what was going on in the present was very effective.

And all from having his wisdom teeth pulled.
