Actually from what I hear the current plan is 3 movies per season - so 9 in all. M.Night wasn't kidding when he said he wanted to treat this as the next Star Wars. @_@

But yeah, anime in general isn't exactly known for... well, closure (with brilliant exceptions like Gurren being, well, precisely that)... regardless however, the ending was really good - except for some minor quibbles about not being able to make out what the dragon-turtle said. (Which was fairly important @_@)

Ugh, M.Night. If the first flops where is his next Star Wars?

I agree about the turtle-island. Ano daw?

It would've been even more awesome if we got to find out what happened to Zuko's mother. 9_9

Good god, I had heard there would be one movie for each season, still don't know how they'd do it. but either way, I ain't watching it. *grumbling* Star Wars my butt! M. Night has morons working for him (not the actors, the casting directors). Did ya know that Koreans wear kimonos? Yeah, I didn't either. And yet, at the latest Cast call in Philedelphia, one of the directors was interviewed by the local media and told people to audition in their ethnic costume. 9_9 "If you're Korean, wear your kimono! If you're Bavarian, wear lindernhosen (sp?)" *facepalm* Sad considering all the research that went into this series by the American writers.

Yup, not watching it.

(I think it's called a hanbok? Not sure.)

I wonder what all the Korean animators would do to them if they found out.

Ultimately the public will decide if M.Night gets another chance at this. ^^;
