I love zucchini bread. Zucchini parmesan is also one of my favorite "use zucchini" dishes.

For using zucchini, I really actually like just zucchini - but if it gets too big, I prefer to make bread out of it, 'cause it tastes a little weird on its own.

I flour my pans too. Because it says so. For chocolate cakes, I would "flour" my pans with powdered cocoa, if I made chocolate cakes, which I don't.

My favorite chocolate cake is from Costco... I feel like there's not even a point in me trying to make one that is better than their delectable example.
