The Secret Theater in MGS3: Subsistence has some bizarre altered cutscenes... o_O; Most of them are pretty funny, but some of them must've been made while the developers were on crack.
I think the best one HAS to be either Metal Gear Sigint or The Ultimate Weapon. The Quick Version and that one with Sokolov and the girly mags come in as close seconds.
