Hey, I finally made a JDM July calendar.

Too bad there aren't more and better pics of him around.

That's beautiful! I really like it. Can I show it off on my journal, crediting you of course? It is SO pretty! Also, I would love to see those photos that you used, especially that cute one of Jeff and Bisou. I would love to post that one my journal as well, with your permission. He is an adorable man!

Yeah, Jeff is adorable, but with the dog, even more so. :D

I saw your calendar on Kaylie's LJ, and HAD to come over for a look see! I've been trying to do a calendar series for the rest of this year for Morgan's Maniacs ( http://morgansmaniacs.org/ ) PLEASE tell me how you did this!?!??!!?

How? You mean you want... like, uh, tutorial kind of thing?

Heh, I've never dreamed I'd be giving photoshop tips to anyone in my life. :)

Well, first of all, I use paint shop pro and I'm kind of a newbie myself and don't know much about it, to be honest. I just play around with it, experimenting with pics and that's how I've learned everything I know... which isn't much.

Anyway, the calendar... well, it's basically just a cut-and-paste job. Select a background (the beach image), cut JDM images, paste them and play with the transparency thing (lower the rate) so that you can see the beach through JDM. Gee, can you tell I don't know any technical terms? :)

Well, if you're serious about learning how to use photoshop, I'm sure there are a lot of tutorial websites or LJ communities out there. Good luck! :)

Oh, I'd love to make more JDM calendars, but what do you know? Only after making one calendar, I'm out of JDM pictures. lol

I've seen some screencaps of him from some TV shows and movies, but no new pics of JDM himself I can use. So, I'm sorry but I don't think I can make any new JDM calendars for the time being. Sorry! :)
