Sounds like a great reference to have, too, if you ever want to work in early childhood / church-affiliated offices again. It will go a long way.

That's true. I'm not sure I plan on any more church work, but after having a pretty good experience with the kids, I'm contemplating maybe going back for some elementary training.

That does extremely suck, but it sounds like at the least they'll be a powerful reference in the near future. And yeah, the extra prep time could potentially be a good thing all in all. Just hang in there.
