And about 8est, I have the full file all raw and good quality :D I downloaded it when Dozchan's lj was still alive...
(I haven't watched it yet as I was still hoping for subs xD)

They have subbed the concert, indeed. But the project EKA is taking from 8est is called "∞Sai Matsuri Zen Kouen Digest" and is another extra from 8est and not the concert :)
EKA has subbed 2 parts of it but hasn't finished it yet.
