Monday was a Good Day.

* Just past midnight, I got the notice that some friends had welcomed their son into the world. Happiness and extreme cuteness!

* First thing this morning, I got an email that the wonderful and talented Edwin finished a cart for me and I may get it as soon as this weekend. (Minions, take note, this cart will be a factor in your ( Read more... )

Wow! That cart is awesome :) I only wish I had a car that would allow me to transport such a lovely cart :) And of course, with a larger car, I would even have lots of stuff for the cart to carry ;)

Um. I *think* E sent Eithni the numbers. I don't remember the exact size, but somewhat cubelike. The body of the cart is something like 3x2 feet or so. There's a photo of it broken down, too.

Or are the sidewalks a different size where this photo was taken making it seem misleadingly small to me...?

It's a driveway. :-) It is slightly wider than a car. If you take the front wall of the cart off, a 5'7" human can sit folded up in the cart. Mostly.

The cart is something like 3'x2' or thereabouts. And technically I am incorrect about the complaining. The *cart* did not complain. The human *in* the cart complained about the lack of suspension. The human *pulling* the cart complained about the amount of effort required to pull the laden cart up a slight incline of the lawn.
