Hello PeterB ;) - when you post on LJ, as long as it's a public post, you should see an option to cross post to FB or Twitter - if you don't you probably haen't linked those accounts yet - so link them up and cross post away ;)

My unscientific testing tells me it takes over an hour to post to FB though :(
