What exactly does being in a Christian-based insane asylum entail?

It seemed to entail being instructed that God would save me and I had to live my life a Christian way (I don't have any specifics on that) and I had to go to sleep and wake up and eat and everything at a certain time of day...not that that's a particularly Christian thing, it was more the "You must put your trust in God" sort of part that made it a Christian-based asylum. :)
