Ok, so I goofed up and I didn't write anything down the other day when I said I'd start my diet. And, if you don't know by now, my memory is SHITE! *giggle* I need to write things down or I forget so easily. If you're looking to get the frozen dinners, try the Weight Watchers one (whose name I forget suddenly), Healthy Choice (which might be the most expensive of them all), and yeah the Lean Cuisines. I like the taste of the Lean Cuisines and Weight Watchers best.

Also? The 100 calorie snacks? They're perfect! They taste good, they're really only 100 calories, and they're the right size for a midday snack or to eat in conjunction with some fruit and one of the frozen meals for lunch or dinner. :)

You're on the right track so far. But don't be discouraged if you mess up one day. Just get back on track the next. :*
