Also? The 100 calorie snacks? They're perfect! They taste good, they're really only 100 calories, and they're the right size for a midday snack or to eat in conjunction with some fruit and one of the frozen meals for lunch or dinner. :)
You're on the right track so far. But don't be discouraged if you mess up one day. Just get back on track the next. :*
