i just removed a lot of people from my friends list. if you are one of the people, and you would like to be put back on, let me know. :)this is my much more private journal, and i intend to only have friends listed who still read my journal (maybe even a comment here or there?) i consider everyone on my friends list here a friend. i love you guys ( Read more... )

You know, I've been thinking about doing the same thing. I have a number of people who never make a comment. Some of them don't even post, it seems. Some of them post and respond to my comments in their journal, but never comment in mine (Not you! You've always been great.) I don't want to be mean, but I feel a little weird about it, since my journal, while about sex, is also very personal to me. Plus - I start to wonder if some people friended me to see what I had and then thought "This sucks" but were too nice to de-friend me.

just because it is about sex doesn't mean it isn't highly personal. i don't think people always realize that. some people add sexy journals so they have a place to...umm...masturbate? and they don't spend anytime showing appreciation or getting to know the person inside.

and there's no way anyone thought "this sucks" about your journal!

Thanks - you're always so kind. Yeah, it does feel incredibly personal to me, and it wasn't easy for me to open it up in the first place. Most of the things I write are rather close to my heart.

And OK, maybe no one would (hopefully) say "this sucks." But what I write is not for everyone - it's not your typical porny porn fun. I can easily see why someone might decide it wasn't for them.

well remember that your journal is all yours. and don't ever feel badly about being selective about who you choose to share things so "close to you heart" with.

and i love your journal. just about everything on earth turns me on anyway. and you write very well!

yes, a cleanup is necessary. i can follow the other journal's friends list, but can't provide attentive comments. the people around here are very special to me (including you!) and i'd like to be able to keep this friends list under control and pay close attention.
yes i'm inspired now don't drop me again! LOL! and we should chat soon.
