I would love to see what my cat would do on a harness outside, but at the same time I know he has a history of getting out of harnesses and getting loose, and I really do not want that to happen. So I haven't tried it.

It's funny, that running into people thing. When I got out I hope that I won't run into anybody I know. Often when I see somebody I know (even people I like) I panic and want to cross the street or run the other way. Not that I know that many people, it's just that I dread an awkward situation, running into somebody and not knowing what to say, etc. I'm weird like that. I hardly know anybody either, though there are quite a few I "know to see" from work and previous employment.
