So I wrote something.

Slow weekend at work meant I had plenty of time to write something for the Not My Ship Ficathon penny_lane_42 is doing. It's a SPN/BtVS crossover featuring Sam and Buffy, and it got . . . long. Six-comments-long long. And I began shipping it, probably partly because it's cute and partly because I'm watching the beginning of SPN season 7 and I'm already having ( Read more... )

My boy! Your girl! This is great!

When she’d asked about it, Sam wouldn’t meet her eyes. “My dad liked to hunt,” was the only explanation he gave.

oof.

Sam Winchester was a closed book. But then again, so was Buffy Summers. And she never was much of a reader anyways, so closed books were nice.

aww, Buffster. <3

if Sam could get the summer internship and Wolfram & Hart he could almost guarantee his admission to Stanford Law.

ooooh, WELL-PLAYED.

Of course Giles is all snotty and superior about hunters. Bloody Colonials.

YES! OUR KIDS! And Buffy's being closed off suits Sam very well, because he's closed off too. And I had to put WR&H in there because we're talking about lawyers in this 'verse. And Giles would look down on Hunters.

Oh, wouldn't this have been nice! If only the Winchesters had this kind of luck, Sam could have picked himself a nigh-unfridgeable girlfriend.

Nothing like a demon roped to a chair in your kitchen to get the secrets flowing, eh? I wonder what Sam made of Spike chained in the tub? Heh.

I love that Team Slayer can wrap up the whole Azazel issue in an evening, freeing up the Winchesters to pursue their dreams. Which, if they involve W&H will be plenty complex enough.

I like this loads! It's always fun to see the two worlds intersect, especially when the intersection is sort of uncomfortable, as with witchcraft. Great job.
