My parents and I chatted tonight, and I felt so boring 'cause I had nothing to say; I haven't done anything lately.

Which is, at least in part, why I haven't been updating here in LJ-land. I've been reading, though.

Teaching:Been grading. Am actually caught up on that, but I get final drafts for 101 on Wednesday. :P Fortuately, only 21, and ( Read more... )

God, that's so annoying about the insurance! Is there any way you can appeal somewhere? I don't know much (anything) about the American medical system, but surely there's a way to make complaints?

If it helps with the academia angst, i'm having History coursework woes. I've been attempting to find a subject to do my investigative piece on, but it has to connect in come way to the Cold War... and there's so few resources in my college library and local library... I'm going to have to make a trip to the university. Humph.

What exactly is a 'meta'? I've been wondering for a while.

Hope you get some good news soon, hon. :)

(I sometimes wonder if what I write is technically a meta or not... but no one has complained yet, even when I've posted in the meta community.) I tend to think of it as thinky-thoughts about SPN (or, I assume, other ( ... )

Ahh, but you do have a significant other with whom you are settled and happy.

The insurance won't cover the CPAP because my insurance is crap because my sleep apnea is not life threatening, therefore the CPAP is elective.
