I have posted three new handspun yarns in my Etsy Shop.

Northern Lights, a pair of black merino/silk plied with commerical variegated cotton skeins. (The cotton came from the Big Bag of Cotton Crochet Thread that I inherited-- 30 years on-- from my great grandmother.)

Subtlety & Sunrise, another pair meant to go together, also of merino/silk

how red is the Strawberry Patch? from the pictures, it looks like a beautiful russet, but I was wondering if it was actually redder than I'm perceiving it to be.

The sheen on that one makes it hard to photograph. There's no true red in it at all, but instead shades of pink, all the way down into what I'd call a dark mauve, all the way up to a pale, pale rose. :)
