I'm printing out the publishing agreement for my article with Shakespeare Bulletin now... I have to mail it asap (once I've, y'know, filled it out and stuff.) It's a wacky weird feeling

Reading about play-theory weirds me out because it makes me think of what *I* did to my toys (nothing extreme or really even all that odd, but still) and wonder what that must say about me.
I hadn't necessarily thought of the bit with the actual angel statue (as opposed to the Christmas decoration) -- Sam on the floor would actually make a good Yarn!Chester Scene.
Uhhh, my Barbies tended to get kidnapped and tied up and put through many horrible situations.
But I played with My Little Ponies more often, and I was much nicer to them. (Given my current career choice (studying theatre) it's amusing to note that I mainly played with the baby ponies and had them put on plays, although there was lots of behind the scenes dramas, too-- boyfriend stealing, catty friends, etc. You'd think I was always destined for theatre, but didn't actually do any theatre work 'til after college, other than one stint at stage crew in high school.)
Looking at the Dean challenge today made me think you could do scenes where Sam is tied up in a crucifixion type position very easily given the natural position of the arms. Honestly? I always had every intention of tying Sam up -- but I need more props because otherwise how will anyone know which episode it is? He's so often getting tied up!

Hm. good point. I want the axles, too. I'll keep this possibility in mind. I'm not in a huge hurry (lots of other projects on my plate to accomplish first) but if I'm ready for it and still haven't found a cheap barbie car, I'll look into this. thanks!
