We've got over a month until I can get it.

I ordered it from Amazon the moment I could. Or the moment I realized I could. That means it take approximately 6 days to get here, from when they send it off, which could be the day it comes out, or a week before so it gets here the day it comes out. Hmmm...City of Glass. Sounds goooood. I might have to pick that up as well. I'm reading so many things right now! Gah! I'm about halfway through Inkheart. It's very good so far.

How is East of Eden? It is one of our book options for fourth quarter reading at school, and I still don't know which book to pick. I was thinking either that one or another one. Maybe your feedback can sway my view. :)

Well, happy waiting for City of Glass. I hope you get it soon so your hunger for reading will be satisfied.

It's pretty boring.

I mean, maybe that's because I don't get some of the topics that have been talked out, because I'm young and haven't really had to fend for myself or bring up a family, fallen in love etc, but it's like........a biography of a few families who's lives are entwined for whatever reason.

It's really good in it's deep parts, but there are a lot of frivolous (well, boring, dead-end) parts as well.
But it won a Nobel Prize, and I'm not exactly far through it (because I keep reading other books instead of reading EoE, and I always remember what happened, so it stays in the mind) so there must be something special about it.
