If you're unhappy here but don't want to lose touch with everyone you've known all these years, why not re-locate to Dreamwidth? A number of people did it years ago, including me. It was easy to do and they have none of the problems you've identified here. It takes a little while to upload all your data, but it's well worth it having everything in

So you and I think alike, Kin. I'm not surprised. Yes, I thought it made a lot of sense to have my work in two locations. And given all this nonsense I'm hearing, I'm really glad I did!

I migrated stuff to Dreamwidth a few years ago too... but I could never figure out how to find friends or read what was posted, so I gave up.

I'm chamilet over on DW. Don't know if we're friends on there or not. Just going through everyone's journals to see if they're still active since I've been swamped since 2019. Don't want to lose touch with people I enjoyed interacting with if life ever slows to a run again.
