Go to Chad Koeplinger in Davis at AG, that is his main shop, but sometimes he travels (and I think he's on the road right now)
If you can't wait though, go to downtown Oakland: Temple tattoo, you can't go wrong there...it's one of the best shops in Northern California.

They do REALLY good font in Oakland, I've seen a lot of there cursive writing...very nice.
