Last weekend, it was raining... and had been raining for a long time... classic gloomy New England winter-isn't-quite-done spring weather (though the last weekend in April is pretty late in the year for this kind of thing.)

I'm an aspiring country singer from Boston....

That's just so wrong. I wonder if he uses that as a tag line to get people's attention; to me it's as incongruous as rapper from Yakima would be.

Still, he's got a better voice than plenty of the people who make top 20 on American Idol.
