Yeah, it's his trainer for Baywatch. He works a lot for Paramount and is training Alexandra and Kelly right now too.

For completeness sake I should say that the trainer in the pics above is actually a different one. Turns out he has more than 1 personal trainer for Baywatch and the one I mentioned in my comment works with Zac too. He looks a bit similar on a quick glance, so I mixed them up. Not that it matters much but js.

Considering he's currently in his "prep" phase, his face looks a bit better than usual. So if that new trainer is the reason for a less puffy face, I'm all for keeping this one and kicking his usual trainer (who is a self-described meathead and might not be looking out for that as much) to the curb. Imo, the slimmer his face, the better he looks.

Dwayne should be finishing Ballers soon, makes me wonder when he heads down to Miami.
