I see that there are Thursday night openings in this area, so I'll probably be there in 3-5 hours. I too am cautiously hopeful. It can't do as badly as WAYF, so there's always that. But it would be nice if it were in a respectable spot in the top five for opening weekend box office. If not, and I can't foresee Mike & Dave being a wild hit, Zac will have three wimpy movies in a row. Not a great build-up to Neighbors 2 in July.

Oops. Well, anyway, he could have three weak movies in twelve months.

Just today, Box Office Mojo assessed the prospects for DG's opening weekend (they think $10-11 million) but began by pointing out that Zac is coming off one of the biggest flops in movie history. With all his other problems, he doesn't need to develop a reputation as a box office drag.

I'm glad Zac & De Niro did this Funny and Die video. It might not be laugh-out-loud-funny but it's amusing and plays nicely with their images.

I'm not big fan of the character posters. The tone doesn't work for me.
