You are right. Saying his body looks hot and his nipples sexy is definitely highly critical.

He's behind them. But at least the kid in the first photo is looking at the paparazzo. Why isn't everyone else noticing the photog? That kind of gives away the fact that there's a target of interest nearby.

All I know is if something that looked that good ran by me, I would do a double or triple take. I mean, how do you not notice a hot bod shoved into skinny jeans and a tight shirt?!

Zac has reported that he often doesn't seem to attract much attention (that he sees), but his mom has walked behind him and observed everyone looking and pointing after Zac has passed them. So maybe of the photog had kept snapping the pedestrians instead of following Zac, he would have recorded everyone freaking out.
