I don't know what to think about the new meeting. I used to love seeing him working all the time, but after the rehab news I realized what a selfish fan I was. His health and happiness should come first. But he's thinking of going back to work as soon as his jaw starts to heal? Come on, Zac. Please take care of yourself...

i think the work itself is good for zac and he enjoys it so i'm not worried about him going back too soon or anything. i think some of the emotional aspects tied to this being such a high stakes and high profile game are probably what undermined his confidence, etc. that's what he kind of has to work on finding peace with and in that regard, i've always felt that if he came to a decision that he needed to take a break or walk away from it completely, i would 100% support that.

i think he has to find ways to survive in a toxic environment. hollywood is toxic for a number reasons, the most obvious being how prevalent drug and alcohol use is. but it is also psychologically challenging. he will frequently not get projects he wants to do, and often for unfair reasons (aka people pigeonhole him as musical boy). worse he is constantly scrutinized, by critics, bean-counters, gossip mongers, media, anti-fans. and even us stans. he lives in a fishbowl and while he has learned to play the game, playing the game fucks with your head long term. he has to find a way to survive that and have a fulfilling life. at some point there is a choice to stay or leave, whether the joy of acting is worth the pain of all the shit that comes with being a movie star. i don't think it will ever be a decision to walk away completely but i think even rob lowe said it somewhere recently that he had to make life and sobriety the priority over these other things.

I don't think he is in a gated community. I think that was an error in misreading that his house is gated by whatever blog.

I think the whole story was screwed up as far as the car/parking is concerned. The car is clearly parked on the street, and why would he park on the street at home, where he has a capacious and private parking area of his own?
