I showed my mom the 'Good Vibrations' clip and her exact words, "Someone's gonna get nominated for an Oscar after this" I just thought that was a nice thing she said. Even though that's a slim chance of happening just because of the polarizing reviews. Anyways, I really liked Zac's accent in the clip though. I love that we're getting Zac and David interviews.

I'm really looking forward this movies and its negative reviews just made me want to see it more. I hated how that Good Vibrations clip was shot and probably the whole movie is like this but, hey, Lee's artistics choices and maybe I'll get used to it.
And, idk, but the fact that he is in a controversial movie is a good thing imo. makes his career more... distinguished, lol
Anyway, I hope it will get released in Brazil soon (theater or Bluray, idc)
There was a thing on E! Brasil that said The Paperboy would come out here on november 14th. I really don't know where they got this information from, but I'm hoping it's true!
I was really hoping for TP or AAP on Rio Film Festival :(
Whoa. WHOA! Nicole is INSANE in that first clip. She's just too good. Totally giving me "To Die For" vibes and I love it! XD
Zac was good- I definitely felt like his fiddling with the steering wheel expressed the shock and unease I was feeling over the racy dialogue (she's horny being close to him? GIRL... WHAT). I hope he's effective in the movie, I'm obviously rooting for his performance to be up to par.
"the shock and unease I was feeling over the racy dialogue"
Yeah. Since he's a normal young guy with all the natural attributes, I wonder just how much acting was needed with Nicole vamping out like that right next to him. I think I would have been fiddling with the steering wheel, or something, if I was in that scene with her.

And it's not completely un-Zac related, but Nicole was at that press day too. http://www.gettyimages.com/Search/Search.aspx?contractUrl=2&language=es&family=editorial&p=the+paperboy&assetType=image

A very good thing. Imagine: Zac Efron in a controversial movie. That's got to shake things up.

If that was the aim, good job!
I hope Zac's character wears a full-body rainsuit if he's going to invade THAT bush country.
Zac downplaying his performance worked well with Nicole's character's over-the-top antics.
