I totally get that they're excited to have him, but I kinda wonder if he's aware of the level of fan reaction he'll get. Gotta love the passion though since it is a once in a lifetime thing for so many...

I GET that they are SUPER excited and I'm willing to bet Zac is very appreciative of pretty much the whole country welcoming him with open arms, but media waiting for him as he gets off his plane and a tour of his villa is just too much.

I mean I saw one tweet of a reporter that was going up in a helicopter to get "aerial shots of Zac Efron's outdoor activity." O_o That same reporter felt the need to tweet what Zac ate for breakfast this morning.

He's being treated like the President or royalty there!

Zac is a full notch above any presidents or royalty on the celebrity dial. And the Philippines is a less sophisticated center than London, NY, or LA, so expect total insanity. I think he knows exactly what to expect. At least the sponsors were smart enough to book an arena for the big mob event, not a retail store.

Total craziness as expected. I don't really think you can call that a vacation but I'm sure he will have some fun on those organized trips anyway. It almost appears that they are doing those to create content for that fancon on Saturday.

Btw, a tip from me... there is a lot of talk that Zac wanted to (and has by now) try some local food, most prominently balut. If you are even a tiny bit squeamish, DO NOT look up what it is.

It's the photographer who shoots all (or at least most) of the Penshoppe campaigns. He's American but comes over often - in this case along with Zac & Co. They are having (or had) another shoot while he is there. He did that initial shoot with Zac in LA as well.

Actually, he has implicitly denied gayness. In the Advocate interview, he referred to the gay community as "you guys," which means he doesn't consider himself part of that.
