He sounds Russian, IDK this interview is kinda on the awkward side though. He could've been a bit more friendly LOL

It really looks like a Russian accent. :) But I think he does not live in Russia ... Because in fact, Zac Efron is little known in Russia and Ukraine ... especially men do not know about him... His know film-fans and adolescents ...
But if I understood correctly, he said "about 3 nieces" ... yes, it's possible ...
