According to Joyce A. Ramirez, the International PR Director for PR Asia (who represents Penshoppe), it appears that Zac will endorse the Philippine fashion brand Penshoppe and will visit the country soon.
I'm sort of the same as with the Brazil thing.. since it's international only, it's ok although it's not the type of news I'm waiting for. It will give him a lot of exposure there though which hopefully will help him sell his movies there in the future.
I would hope two endorsement deals are enough though.
For TLO he obviously needs to do a lot of promo since it's entirely his vehicle but for the other movies he could have done less in case he had obligations to film something else (a lot of stars to promo while filming).
Plus, it wouldn't have prevented him to line something up for this spring/summer either way.
Seth Rogen is starring and directing a different movie starting April.... he won't be available for quite some time for this movie. Not that it matters that much because while they are seemingly working on the script, there is no director or any indication that it films soon.
As for his other projects, obviously I don't know what's going on in the background but none has any visible pre-production activity going on and most don't have a director yet either. Ie. it doesn't appear that any of them start in the near future.
Imo, it's more likely he will film something else first.
His endorsement seem pretty good. International campaigns are good for expose, and as long as he doesn't pull a Justin Bieber and come out with a female perfume I'm okay with these deals. Also I'd just like to add that Zac isn't gonna be an out of work actor anytime soon, and just making movies for the hell of it isn't gonna help. Bottom line is he should take projects that can help him career wise, and are meaningful on some level, and if he doesn't see a role that can do that he shouldn't be to quick to jump on just any project. Remember one role can either make or break a career so he as to be careful, and at the moment he's on the right track.

I don't mean this to offend you but that is what some of us (me included) have been saying for a long time and why we didn't like Zac taking on projects like NYE or even TLO which aren't respected much and are most likely critical disasters.
TLO may not be critically acclaimed, but it's still something that moves him in a more adult direction and challenges him on some level. Also you can't always worry about the critics, Meryl Streep just won an Oscar for a film that was considered "rotten" by The Rotten Tomatoes. In a way the same thing applies to Zac, NYE as a film was god awful but his individual performance was charming and spot on. I guess what I'm saying is I don't want him taking on reductive roles just to make movies. If nothing fresh or interesting comes along then I think he should sit still. I've seen progression in his role choice and I think he should keep that up, but him becoming some pretentious actor isn't going to get him anywhere right now, which why him taking roles in movies like NYE or TLO can be a good thing if he executes them in the right, which he has so far.

I saw somewhere that Ed Westwick did a previous campaign. Not sure if that's accurate, but not bad company if you ask me

I'd like for Zac to film another movie, but that's kind of hard to do when they have him promoting 90% of the time.

I really hope he finds a good project soon.
