The grey suit is very business like. And he looks super tired in all the pics.

The hair looks good and the beard looks way better from an angle. I still don't think it really works from the front; he needs a bit more time (as in getting older) to cultivate the front chin area more for it look really good. And I see he still has chubby face going.
