I would have thought they release it beforehand but premiering a skit in the theater isn't too bad either.

I love that Tom was there as well. Somehow I feel that those two might have become actual friends and I wouldn't be surprised if they work together again (sometimes soon).

It does seem like they are now good friends. Tom was at Zac's birthday party (he mentioned this in an interview I have to post this afternoon) and Zac went to Tom's comedy show Largo. And yeah, it would be awesome for them to work together again.

Did you see that my favorite film off the black list got picked up by Leo's company?

"Appian Way has picked up the spec "The Many Deaths of Barnaby James," written by Brian Nathanson.

Nathanson's original screenplay, about a teenager in a circus for the dead who is trying to bring his true love back to life, landed on the unofficial 2008 Black List of most-liked screenplays in December."

I know it might be a reach for Zac to be involved... but I am still so very interested in this project.

I know about Zac being at the Largo but not that he was at Zac's birthday party.

Also, the fact that Tom is a successful writer is a good thing too.

I've seen the script thing and wanted to comment on it here but forgot. Well, that certainly makes it much more interesting than landing at some unknown, crappy production company. I don't think Leo has done any indies - they are all studio projects (I should probably check before I say this. lol).

Btw, there is now a comment on the original NY post article from somebody claiming to have been there and s/he said that Vanessa was dancing by the pool. So, to me that looks like she was only doing some minor/extra thing in there. What do I know though.

Initially I thought the skit might have a play on Nicole's pregnancy (with Zac being potentially the father) since that is a plot line in the 17 Again but now I'm not sure anymore.

I have something else that might amuse you -

Somebody opened a thread on Box Office Mojo about Death Note based on the fact that it has a release date of 2010 (on IMDb etc) and added the rumor about Zac being Kira as well.

It's an amusing read although they don't go mental over the possibility of Zac being cast compared to some other forums (which you surely have seen):
