OSX 10.5 "Leopard" now up and running on my mac mini. User 'catttitude' is now primary user on her mac mini. Xubuntu now upgraded to 8.04. DVD-RW installed to replace my failing CD/RW drive in my XP/linux dual-boot box. Failing CD/RW relegated to an external enclosure. Much nicer setup...now all catttitude needs is a flat panel.

They're both running OSX; hers is 10.4 @ 1.42GHz & 256MB of RAM, mine is 10.5 @ 1.25GHz & 1024MB RAM. Ubuntu and XP are dual-boot off the x86 box in the rack.

Is that two Mac minis stacked on top of one another, one running Ubuntu, the other OS X 10.5? And are you running 10.5.2 or just 10.5?

Xubuntu 8.04 -- if you're both a fan of XFCE and OS X, I would highly recommend taking DreamLinux for a ride someday.

A fucking linux site which uses flash as its homepage? Oh hell no. IF I CAN'T READ THEIR PAGE NATIVELY THEIR NOT GOING THE SAME DIRECTION I AM.

I want my linux distro to be fast, yet functional, which is why I use XFCE. If I wanted eye-candy and blaot, I'd use KDE or Gnome....or apparently DreamLinux and their java-laden flash homepage!
