Wow, he must be pretty dumb. You would think that after what happened to him before, he'd think twice before stealing.

I've known him long enough now to know he doesn't think that far ahead.

Typically, you would think so though. I'm sure he knows it's wrong. I think he's just pretty sure he can charm and bully his way out of trouble this time.
