My tongue dances behind my lips

Well...my week has not been fantastic.  But I went to bed early last night and have been feeling far more amiable towards life now.  Amazing what some sleep will do for you.  Plan for this weekend: have some fun tonight, clean the dorm (mostly the bathrooms and maybe my room), and above all, GET HOMEWORK DONE.  So I'm not up at 5 in the morning ( Read more... )

The important part of rosaries is you start just above the cross. the beads that are spaced away from everything is where you say the Our Father. Then the ones that are bunched together (three on the bottom, then five sets of ten) are Hail Marys. I think there are stations of the cross/the mysteries involved in the separations between our fathers and hail marys, but no one really does that. at the little junction charm between the string with the cross and the actual loop, you say the Glory Be. that's the basic prayer bit.

I know what you mean about rosaries though. They're very pretty--I've had a set of amythist ones for a very long time and they recently broke =[

Yeah, I have a friend who's going to show me; she mentioned the different mysteries. My main problem is going to be memorizing the prayers. (I can memorize prayers and songs in foreign languages but anything in English just goes right over my head. And yet I still remember alot of the Hebrew I learned as a child.)
