Thank you! I think my children and husband will be very happy this is over. Brian kept walking over to check on the score sheet I was keeping (in excel that I would update compulsively every time my brain froze for a second).

Most of the ending is written, it turns out it was everything in the middle I've been missing and having to fill in. :-) But the ending even really isn't the end because I stuck in a chunk about the mother being taken hostage (sort of) and by the end of the book I don't have her back yet.
