How do you do? I'm L., and I see that you have added me as an LJ pal. Normally, I'd prefer it if folks sent me a little note, but you seem like a decent person, and you read good books, so...I'll just add you, and hope for the best! :-) You have a "friends-only" LJ yourself, so I'm sure you know the deal about mutually respecting LJ confidentiality and the like, yes? I take it seriously, and hope you do the same.

BTW: if you look in my archives, you might find stuff that will interest you re: your martial arts training. I haven't tagged anything, so you'll have to sort through it and see, but there's stuff here you might find perhaps useful.
