Tamaki frantically rushed his way out of his dorm. He had wanted to wear something extravagant for this event! It took him a while to finally pick out the outfit he would wear. So he had went with a pair of black slacks, a white button up shirt with frilly sleeves, and a deep red jacket. He had tied a red bow around his neck and collar of the white button up. He would have worn a black top hat, but thought that that was a little too flashy. So instead he went with a nice pair of black gloves. Sheet music tucked under his arm he made his way towards the Coffee Row.

"Haruhi!" He exclaimed upon making his grand entrance. He had stopped at the flower store to buy a single white rose, his own rose, and a single red rose, her rose. Glancing around like the puppy he was he searched for his daughter.

Hunny twirled in with the piano bench, having a bit of a hard time considering how small he still was.

"I have it Haru-chan~~~!!" he answered just as Tamaki entered.

Mello grudgingly sauntered into Coffee Row, grumbling under his breath. Don't wanna be here, don't wanna be here, don't wanna be here, don't wanna be here... he was thinking, clenching his teeth together. So why was he here, plopping his leather-clad butt into a seat in the corner? Fuck if he knew. He just found himself at the door and let himself in.

"Fucking...I don't even like coffee." he muttered. He hadn't tried coffee in the longest while, therefore he didn't like it.

After hearing about the coffee sampling, Sayu knew it'd be a really fun opportunity. Get out of the dorm, visit coffee row, meet some new people, maybe see some people she already knew. What she hadn't realized is that her new future declared best buddy Mello was going to be there.

Walking into the coffee shop, she immediately noticed his gloomy attitude and perked up. 'Mello~ This is perfect!!' She waved at Dimitri briefly, knowing he would understand her need to go play and planning on visiting him later on, and headed over to Mello's corner.

"Hiya, Mello!"

Kio wasn't really a coffee person either (it conflicted with the flavors of his Chupas), but he hadn't felt like being alone in their dorm -- art could wait for once. Maybe he could actually socialize with his roommate, let alone with other people. He liked other people.

He strode in, hands in his pockets and glanced around for Mello's face. Ah, there he was, in a corner. With... was that a girl? She looked sort of familiar. Huh. He hadn't really thought Mello swung that way; maybe he was wrong for once. In any case, he walked over to the two of them and took one of his hands out of his pocket to wave. "Yo, Mello." He turned to the girl and grinned, proffering his hand. "Don't think I've met you. Kio."

Oh, a new boy, great! Sayu loved meeting new people, especially those of the male sex. She turned her attention towards the guy who introduced himself as Kio and took his hand, "Sayu, it's nice to meet you Kio!"

"So," she began slowly, "How do you know Mello??" She was generally curious, and totally forgot that she knew they were roommates. Mello, after all, hardly seemed like the kind of guy who would go around making friends. In fact, Mello seemed more like the type to hate all human beings.

"Hey, host girl! How could you lose a piano bench?" Dimitri teased from his seat near the counter, a grin spreading on his face. He was sipping on his fourth cup, leaning back in his chair and facing the general direction of the piano. His gray eyes were settled on Haruhi, the subject of his current entertainment. They flicked to Hunny for a brief moment, then to Tamaki--what was with the roses?--but set back on Haruhi.

Having rushed from work, his light-blue button-up shirt was mostly unbuttoned and untucked from the confines of his black slacks, his shoes long gone underneath the table he sat at. He was leaning back, legs spread and arms propped behind him, exposing more of his skin. A gilded gold chain necklace hung around his neck and rested gently on his collarbone, and the ring on his right pinky was used to tap the metal edges of the chair.

"They're notorious for moving on their own." Soul grinned, passing up the chair that the other was in, watching the infantile student carry in the piano bench with much struggle in amusement. "Looks like they're short on hands."

He hadn't yet turned to the other, looking about his surroundings and watching people gradually filter into the room. "Enjoying yourself?" He shifted his footing slightly, turning to Dimitri with a little bit more than his profile facing him.

He looked up to make momentary eye contact with the other boy, drawing his eyes to something else when his eyes halted on the chain that glinted against the lighting in the room. "One sec." Soul advanced towards the counter, returning with one of the samples in hand.

"So, what's your name?" He asked, closing his eyes while taking a sip. He figured, eye contact wasn't hard, it just wasn't necessary, and if he could get away with it, he wouldn't make it.
