While I expect to keep checking it for some time, and thus reading things written here, I do not expect to post much more to LJ. I find the G+ level of control and general features to be really what I'm looking for. Despite knowing the creator, even he has left LJ - not sure I can dig up a good reason not to. Anyway, thought I'd mention it.

I really need to start checking G+. I just somehow never do. Part of it is the unhelpfulness that I need to be logged out of the jewelry business identity that I am always logged in to gmail with; part of it is, eh, I just need to let it grow on me, I guess.

Yeah, two accounts would make that much more annoying. I guess you could set up your "primary" Google account to be able to send and receive from your business account, but that's a decent amount of work just to make a social network go.
