By late season eps I'm presuming you mean the Sinnoh one where Gary re-appears in his *new* outfit? I downloaded it with bittorent...got the torrent link from the pocketmonsters.net torrent link list...page. I'm really sorry but all my favourites are still on my other comp so I don't have the address with my right now! I'm sure it'll come up on google though =)
I think its DP 046 'Hunter J Returns! Protect Tapetops'...or something like that. Alternatively, you could try this site for RAWs...I got most of my eps from here:

That was FLIPPIN' BRILLIANT!!!! AMAZING! It was SO well-timed, such great clip selections. I loved the part where Gary lays his hand on his necklace in tune with the beat and also when he is dreaming/asleep looking. He looks hottt!

Wow, I haven't been here for a while, LoL, I watched your AMV AGES ago, but I forgot to comment, now that I'm back, I shall. xD I loved it, it's definitely one of the best egoshippy let alone pokemon video's I've seen! *_* It looked like throughout the entire video Gary and Misty were actually acknowledging each other!
