Some suggestions:
A glossary of common terms
- things like "Lace" can be defined so that you need not define it for each blog, just link to the glossary
- this can be added to as each new term is discussed in the blog so that it is not a daunting task
A rating system
- figure out a couple catagories to rate, such as drinkability and flavor
- some can be rated on a star-like system (although maybe you use a different symbol, like a beer glass that is partially full to indicate the degree of rating)
- others can be more of a quick description in words
- these ratings can appear at the end of each review and in another place similar to the glossary which you add to each time, and links back to the review, kind of like a cheat-sheet
All things you can work on adding as time goes on. I hope you can share some of your beer wisdom with me this weekend.
