That person upped some episodes. ^_^ Though she has not upped the first one. Basically all you really need to know is it's the 22nd century in New London and they have machines the decriminalise you and vice versa, Lestrade is a woman (descended from original Lestrade but more attractive), Watson is a robot that only thinks he's Watson because he had Watson's writings put into him, Wiggins a is black guy, and Holmes is the tall blond-haired, blue-eyed guy with the mighty schnozzle.
See? Simple. xD
