They were in great condition and came extremely fast. They were in a USPS box that was long, and so the shoes were tumbling about, which didn't damage them to my knowledge, but I wondered if they might have done and thought it was odd. Communication was speedy and very friendly. There was a misunderstanding on paypal about my zip code, but she was very polite about it, despite the inconvenience to her.
