She kept me updated every step of the way, when she was expecting to ship and updated me with the tracking the moment she could. She even kept an eye on the tracking herself! That's a responsible seller. :) She was even kind enough to include two nail polishes and a pin in as a gift, when I told her that it was a gift for a new starting lolita. How sweet.
