The skirt arrived securely packaged and undamaged.There's a seemingly permanent ink stain/misprint on the skirt that she had overlooked when she was making the sales post, but she gave me a partial refund to make up for the defect. Communication was excellent (most was via PM). The dress was shipped a little later than expected because of a PayPal miscommunication, but the issue was quickly solved and the dress was sent out very quickly after that! It was sent EMS and I received it in 4 days. The JSK was sent in a sealed bag inside of a box and came with separately packaged candies, a business card, and a cute little card. Upon inspection of the dress, I did notice an area of little stains on the front of the dress and the little bow on the bodice was barely hanging on. I contacted haenulishop about this and they answered immediately, offering a partial refund to make up for this. I am very happy with the service I received from haenulishop and I would definitely buy from them again, even if the dress didn't arrive exactly as

The dress is in better condition than I expected, and it is absolutely beautiful. All the pieces were included.
