Title: Improving Texts

Rating G

Word Count 1100

There is little excuse for this excursion into silly land. I think that Mary Wolstoncraft must have access to a time machine. Wonder where she got it. And I think she packed that particular basket with care. Improving books can take many forms, after all.

Maybe tomorrow we will all get to see the results ( Read more... )

That goat...it had a rather strange expression on its face. Alarmed? Resigned? Perplexed? I hope it was a consensual encounter. The position did not look very comfortable. Now I am thinking of the goat and the sailor on Jack Aubrey's ship... Perhaps that sailor had been looking at improving books too and felt inspired.

I love Archie's happy book dance. He is so cute I want to smoosh him.

No the goat was in a weird position. I think a human trying that would get well kicked. But the goat was being seduced by a god. That is a little different.

For that matter, I always wondered about Leda and the swan. A swan is not going to let a human try any nonsense.

This one was just silly fun to write.

'Tis a fine line between gods seducing and gods raping. They get away with it because they are gods. Did Archie like the picture or was it a bit disturbing?

I can't really think that swanbits would be all that compatible with humanbits.

He was hampered by a large hamper.
*giggle*

I sailed right past that one the first time or two I read it! That, and Horatio getting homesick over the smell of the books. Poor Horatio. I was so busy thinking about pink ribbons and Archie-dances that I never spared a thought for Horatio's feelings. Happy glowing Archie can be a bit distracting.
