length is from longest 13.4 at front(+1.2 frills both sides) to shortest 9.1(+frills) at the back. It's laced at the front and at the back as well (pic: http://img259.imageshack.us/img259/797/corsettop.jpg ), so can be adjusted, the fabric itself is waist 26, bust 27, and is stretchy.
shipping to US would be 4euro :)
