2017 Wardrobe Post
This is my third wardrobe post ( 2015| 2016) I spent 2016 working full time, a big change from my usual full time study, which earned y some nice cash dollars to build up my wardrobe. It hasn't increased a lot in size, but rather in quality. I ended up selling all my bodyline and replaced it all with Angelic Pretty. This year I've taken photos of my blouses and outerwear alongside the dresses.

Dolly Cat I had last year too after buying this cut from the second release, however the cardigan is a new addition.
Angelic Pretty - Princess Cat JSK | Offbrand Blouse
Princess Cat was one of two AP releases I bought this year. When I first saw the scans of this print I said to myself I would buy it, but only if it came in pink.
Innocent World - Kitten Embroided JSK | Angelic Pretty - Lady Dot Knit Cardigan
Again, I've had this dress for a while and the cardigan is new to my wardrobe. It didn't want to photograph nicely though as you can see in the different between shades of pink.

I'm going to have to apologise, I wore and washed this skirt last week but my iron is currently out of commission so it's super wrinkly, I totally forgot to iron it before elsewhere before taking photgraphs. This one is my favourite print (if you can actually see it behind all the wrinkles)

After seeing another girl in my comm wearing this dress at a meet I knew I just had to have it too, it's so cute! (Even if it does look cuter on her than me...)

Marchen Ribbon has been a wishlist item of mine for a while now and I finally managed to purchase it this year. This blouse also has detachable sleeves.
Metamorphose - March of Duck Skirt | Angelic Pretty - Recital Ribbon Cutsew
I've wanted this print since I fell in love with Joey, a duck villager from my Animal Crossing town, who bears a resemblance to the ducks on the print. Another successful find for this year. I love this cutsew too since it is perfect for casual wear, but also detailed enough to wear in more dressy coordinates.
Angelic Pretty - Maiden Ribbon Jacquard JSK | Bodyline Blouse
Neither of these pieces are new this year, but the jumperskirt is still incredibly cute.

I think it was the excitement of receiving my first paycheck that led me to buying this dress, that and the super adorable bodice. Unfortunately it's slightly loose on my torso and the straps are always slipping off.

The cardigan is a new addition this year and is perfect for summery weather, it's nice and light and the pinks match perfectly with my wardrobe.

It wasn't until I went to link last year's wardrobe post that I have realised I forgot to include my white Bodyline rectangle headress in this photo, oops! The lavender headbow is Chess Story, left of that is the Angelic Pretty Marchen Ribbon headbow, and the hat and berets are offbrand.

That umbrella has been the best purchase of the year, everyone at work loved it and wanted to know where I got it. The white crown bag is an offbrand (crummy) replica, the strawberry bag is from Bodyline and the last bag is Angeic Pretty's Sugary Carnival tote.
Shoes
Top row is Bodyline, the bottom row has 2 An*Tai*Na tea parties and Angelic Pretty's Sweet Cream Shoes. I had one pair of shoes die on me this year, and now my AP ones are well on their way out too...
That's it for my wardrobe post this year. My 2017 goals are just to increase numbers now that I've shifted out my Bodyline. Next month I'll be travelling to Japan for the first time which I'm looking forward to, I plan to buy a lot while I'm there. I'm looking for more cutsews and skirts so I can wear the fashion casually daily. My other goal is that new cat print Angelic Pretty is releasing this year. It's going to be tough going back to the poor student life but hopefully I'll still have some spare change to buy some new items.
