Need help identifying this BABY skirt...

So I acquired this skirt from a comm member a while back. She said it was around 76cm and I was hypomanic and believed that I could lose the weight to fit it if I just adhered to my balanced diet and exercise routine I've been trying to keep up with. It looks like it would be one of the versions of BTSSB Hem Scallop Skirt 裾スカラップスカート

There are many versions released over the years and they have different lace, but similar designs.

That's what I was thinking when I was searching through Lolibrary, but I wasn't sure due to difference in lace layout.
