Staying warm in Lolita and on a budget!

So I thought I'd put this out there since my goal this year is I not to turn on the heat until Thanksgiving and since wearing Lolita this time of year in the Northern hemisphere gets a little iffy. Great tips! One thing I like to do when it gets cold is to wear winter tights under my socks. I also have a pair of flannel bloomers that get a lot of action in the winter months. ^.^
