Hair advise!

Hello, ladies!

I'm going to an event soon and I plan on wearing a classic style coord. I can't wear a wig, so I have to make my blue mohawk work with the style. Any suggestions/ideas are welcome!
The dress I'm going to wear is with black bodice and skirt with this print:

I would go for a Kurebayashi type of hairstyle with a mohawk, but it depends what kind of look you're going for

It might work for a sweet look, but I'm really trying to figure out a more elegant look.

That actually isn't a bad idea. I will have to see if I have enough hair for that (including the extensions) :D Thanks for the idea!

I think it would be really nice if you added a lot of little accessories through-out like pearl chains and mini roses. It's going to stand out so make it almost a "centerpiece" to your coord. It should work since your print is busy too, it won't unbalance the whole thing.

I'm definitely thinking of doing that, combining with the Marie Antoinette idea EldestMiddle gave me, this could turn out pretty awesome! Thank you so much ^^

First off your hair is sweeet. It'd probably look awesome in Moitie blue and black gothic coords.

You could as curl it sorta like this. Maybe add some beige/cream colored rose clips. I'd also make sure to add something else blue somewhere in the coord. Maybe sapphire-look bracelet and necklace, a purse with some blue in it, or patterned socks or tights with blue in them. Something to balance the colors.

I'd also look at Katzixx's coords. She wore wigs a lot, but also had a lot of coords with her short unnatural hair, sometimes incorporated into the coord znd sometimes not.

Definitely! I will try and use the blue in more than just the jsk/hair.. I'm quite bad at using colors in my coords, I love to use too much black > . <
